We believe that we are at our best when we are on our feet, facilitating and planning with clients. We provide strategic planning services that help our clients develop short, medium and long term objectives as well as implementation plans. We have a tried and tested process that can be used for the smallest of organisations / charities through to larger non profit organisations and Councils.

The Ulidian Group is a connected group of projects and charities that provide training and community development services to disadvantaged people in the North Coast area of Northern Ireland (Ballymoney, Coleraine, Bushmills, etc). Copius Consulting supported the committee members and their senior staff with the development of a strategic plan that has helped them identify short term priorities and long term goals, aswell as identifying responsible owners for each of the actions.
